Mattress is fine. Problems with bedspread & remote

The bedspread had flaws on it and was told to email the manufacturer "in China". I said "you have to be kidding". Of course, I didn't get any response. After Trying to contact other numbers I was given, I finally gave up and put the bedspread away. Then, one of the remotes went bad and after efforts to correct it and no response, I went to the store to complain. They called somebody directly and to correct the problem. They did call me and got a new remote, which to this day still does not work. Luckily I have a second remote that does work. I have purchased approx. ten beds from your company and never had any issues until this happened. The problem is that, the last to beds were for one of my homes the other beds were for rental properties. Oh! well.
