4,000 FOR 'LATEX THAT WAS POLYURETHANE!!!!

In 2007 when I purchased this (king), I was told this was 100% Latex made from rubber wood tree. Not ever thinking the salesman was LYING, so I did not look at the law tag. I didn't even know what a law tag was or existed when I purchased this. Only when I was immobilized bc of a severe back issue (no doubt relating to this mattress!!) did I look at/notice, the over 1.50" sag in the hole I had been sinking into. I was wondering why I was so exhausted every day and was constantly turning over unable to stay in one position for more that 15/20 minutes. I'm in excellent physical condition and very active. Serta is telling me the price point on this mattress was on $2700. That's a huge difference, and one that is far too wide to be true. They should be ashamed of having sales people who represent their mattresses who lie to unknowing consumers. I specifically purchased this mattress and spent that much money bc I wanted natural latex, not a toxic foam filled piece of garbage.
