Pillow Top Isn't secured correctly internally

After 6 months of having this mattress we started getting "bundling" of the pillow top in areas, my fiance and I are both under 140lbs and we are not big people so there was no reason for this to happen. Rooms To Go replaced it and then we moved, transported the mattress as we were told to do so by Rooms To Go and now we have a huge lump of pillow top on one side of our mattress and the replacement is 1 year old. I called Serta and they won't do anything with their "10 year" worthless warranty and said that since it's been transported we're SOL. Rooms To Go doesn't service the area we moved to, so we have a $1,000 mattress that we can throw in the trash now. Thanks a lot Serta for your crap warranty. Will never be purchasing another Serta mattress again as the pillow tops are not secured internally correctly and they won't cover anything to fix it. What's the point of warranty if they don't even come out to asses the damage without charging us a fee?
