Worst mattress EVER!

Immediately upon sleeping in this mattress we contacted the manufacturer to report a defect. They sent someone out with a string and ruler. Worst B.S. customer support EVER. To this day, I can set a tennis ball on the mattress and it rolls off the bed. I have even rolled off the bed in my sleep. I wouldn't wish this mattress on a Gitmo prisoner as it would be torture. I will never, EVER purchase another Serta mattress again. Completely disappointed.

Cons:

  • Customer Service
  • Surface Integrity

We purchased Serta iseries 11/18/2014. In a few months I noticed pain in my left side, hip and numbness in my leg. Spent a great amount of time at doctors with no relief. Could barely get out of bed each day. Spent a weekend at a hotel and had no problems with pain, etc. Realized it had to be the mattress. Had Inspecter in who measured and they are telling me the mattress is according to spec. Laying in bed you can feel your lower body slowly sinking and the hump in the middle is so high you can't turn over. If these are according to Serta's specifications, I'll never buy any of their mattresses. This is the worst mattress/box spring ever!!

I have the ceremony iseries as well. It is the worst mattress I have ever had in my home. The layers of foam/cushion have shifted creating lumps over the surface (probably glued vs. tied). I am not sure if the icomfort is the next generation of this, but I am going to avoid it anyway when I replace the mattress...only had since 2013 and we actually have been sleeping in the guest room on a beautyrest hybrid since 2016.
