After less than 2 years this mattress lost it's support

We filed a claim with the retailer where we purchased the mattress and showed the two hollows that my husband and I were sleeping in with the island bump in the middle. Claim was denied. Very dissatisfied with this mattress and the non-existent customer service-

We purchased an i Series Serta in November, 2017. Have the same issue with the dip on the sides and the 'island' in the middle. We submitted pictures and a claim after sleeping on this mattress for just over one year. Our claim has been approved and are eligible for a replacement. However, we are not happy with this mattress and don't really want the same mattress with the same issues. Gail Glover March 22, 2019
