Purchased an Applause II Firm queen and within 2 months the mattress was sagging and mushy. I turned it around and tried it and it still sagged anywhere in between the edges. Serta rep came to my home to check sag and indeed it was over what the expected sag for a mattress of this age. It was swapped out for an identical model and it began to sag just like the original one. Now looking to see if there is any warranty left on this mattress. I wake up during the night with an aching back, knees, hips, and shoulders. Just not right for the amount of money and age of the mattress.

I’ve had the same experience with my purchase of an Applause ll Plush full. By 2 months sagging and mushiness has developed, causing me backaches. Am checking my options with the help of store owner where I made purchase. If I can replace (at less than 120 days after delivery) I understand that it must be from IComfort lines. I won’t get another Applause ll.
