Hammock Hell

We were so excited to get this hybrid...the wedding cakes of all beds! After the first 9 months we started to notice our backs were not as supported as when we first brought this mattress home. It was so comfortable, supportive and snugly, bugly! As the months passed we started to have a wall between us....we were both sinking on our sides of the mattress. Each of us had our own hammock and now fight for the "middle ground". We are so disappointed in this mattress that was highly rated in consumer reports and in many of the reviews we read regarding this mattress. I have called the company we purchased it from and they are sending out a representative to measure the " slumping" in inches to see if warranty applies. My fingers are crossed because I am tired of spending money on mattress that don't deliver on their promises. Hammock hell is a real thing when you wake up in the morning with worse back pain than when you went to bed the night before!
