I first tried the inception and had trouble with waking up sore and stiff the I was able to exchange during the 120 night. The company rep advised my local store person that I should get the primo sonno cushion firm as it would fit my needs and be an equal trade so I won't loss money. It is not comfortable at all. I still wake up with body pain especially lower back, neck, shoulder and hips. I bought the adjustable frame also so I guess I'm stuck with it. Can't afford to give it away and likely go with a sleep number bed. You can lay on them all you want at the store but you can't tell the comfort - this doesn't have it.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. We're sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with your mattress. It can take some time for your body to adjust to the comfort of a new mattress. If the mattress is still too hard, you may add a mattress topper for additional comfort.
I think 9 months is plenty of time to have my "body adjust". I did purchase a 2 inch foam topper which added even more to the (high) profile and need deeper sheets yet again. The topper does provide some additional comfort but once one has spent plenty of money for the mattress - having to add more cost for topper and more new sheets it gets very frustrating
