I would love, love, love this mattress if it were as soft as the mattress I got to lie on in the showroom. While long lasting (it's been at least 5 years I've owned this) and beautiful, it is just too hard for me to be 100% The past few years have been a topper mill trying to get the softness I need. It never "broke in" and got softer. After sinking through the topper, I always come against a too hard mattress. That said, this is a great bed for people who like medium firm. In fact, I don't think you'll find better.
