this is a very overpriced item that I've constantly had problems with the comfort pad tearing all the way through where the pad meets the edge of the bed and then your bed becomes rounded off and looks terrible when made. I have replaced it under warranty and currently on my forth foam pad and it is now out of free replacement warranty. Customer service is terrible as they expect the customer to try take the bed apart, install new pad, and shrink wrap it up to return it to them. I have talked to them several times and they will not admit to having a design flaw in this bed but there is no way this 2 inch pad should split apart and droop. A bad bed and company that could care less

I can't agree with you more. This is the worst mattress that I have ever owned. We purchased this mattress when my husband was very sick ... dying of cancer. In all fairness, it worked well for him for the 6 months that he lived. However, I had to have it repaired 3 times in those 6 months. Since my husband's death, I have been unable to afford to have someone come out to repair the mattress. I am now having back problems, because the mattress will not keep the air pressure for more than 24 hours. Shame on you !!!
