I have had the bed for about 8 years or so. The foam dividers are starting to disinegrate and the gray foam is coming apart. One side of the pump went bad I and found out it would cost close to 100 dollars to replace it. I took it apart and found out a small wire had shorted out in a smale replaceable solenoid. They would not send me the part even though they could look it up in their system. I would never buy this type of bed again and would not reccommend it to anyone. It is a big store hype and way over priced for what you get.

I think that our pump is having same issue at the 8year mark also. Did the bed start losing air sporadically then eventually not hold air at all on one side? We replaced the connector on the end of the hose but it did not help. No leak in mattress as it would still hold air for long periods of time then if you added or let out air it would just slowly deflate. For a while we could eventually get it to a spot where air would stay again but finally air just completely emptied every time. O rings were all inspected and perfectly fine. Did you experience anything like this? Don't want to pay for new pump but if I have to I will because I love this bed.
