Sealy not pro-customer

this full-sized bed started sagging after a month of purchase. whats worse is that Sealy would not make a refund, insisting a clause that's not stated on its warranty. customer service of sealy was very uncooperative, bordering on rude. Definitely not pro-customer. sealy products are not worth even a penny.
