Bought two of these mattresses from jc penny. The first mattress sunk in After five weeks. Jc penny does not do exchanges So had to purchase a second mattress. Had to return the second Mattress. Again sunk in after three weeks. Jc penny was very difficult To work with. Still waiting for refund on the first mattress. Poor quality And structurally defective. Buyer beware! Also will never buy From jc penny again.

We to bought a Queen size Sealy West Plains CF at J.C. Penneys. After about 6 months both my wife and I started having back and hip problems. I contacted J. C. Penneys about the warranty. They sent out an adjuster to look at it and found it "was within specs." We have since bought a memory foam mattress and the backs and hips are back in good shape. J.C. Penney is not willing to take into consideration that the mattress was causing our health problems. They say the mattress is within specs and refuse to do anything more. J.C. Penney has seen the last of us. Ed and Linda

Because of poor customer service at JC Penny, I have not shopped at this store for anything else.
