NEVER BUY FROM MATTRESS FIRM AGAIN!

Explained at length to salesman at Mattress Firm that we needed a very firm mattress as that helps our collective hip, neck and back pain. Found great one but he insisted it was known as "the brick" and very bad choice. At double its price he recommended this one..Insisted it would work well with our adjustable base... We had initially on their recommendation, bought a memory foam mattress. He was adamant that the body needs time to adjust to anew mattress and not to return it til just before the 100 day money back guarantee.. We returned it and chose another. After paperwork completed we discovered we would not get a whole new try-out period and it would simply continue the previous mattress trial time... There were only a few weeks left of our initial trial period. After the trial period was conveniently over we started feeling the mattress sagging and my neck and back began to hurt as did my husbabd's hips... The sides are uneven and we tend to roll to the middle. It's become so soft and I suspect that it is NOT in fact optimal for our adjustable base... Mattress Firm has ignored us and refuses to help us. I will never use them again.
