Misrepresented in Mattress Store

I was looking for a bed with better support after my very expensive high end bed support core failed after one year and the company denied my warranty claim. I was sinking very far down in the bed and waking up in severe pain hips, neck, shoulders, lower back. I tried Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid High Point Firm in the store and thought it felt perfect. Great support for my back while allowing my hips to sink properly. When the new mattress arrived I could tell it was much firmer than the store model. After two weeks I started experiencing hip pain in the morning that only got worse with time. After 30 days, not much change in the mattress and by this time I am starting to use Icy Hot on my hips for the pain. At 60 days, I bought a soft topper which helped a little. At 90 days, OTC pain meds are no longer working and neither is the topper, so I utilized the exchange feature of the sleep trial period offered by the store. I traded for a Stearns and Foster Estate Plush. Wish Me Luck!
