Luciana firm. Good bed. Just got too firm for me as I aged.

Purchased queen size mattress at Burdines in FL (now Macy's) for $999 on sale in 2004 with low profile box spring. Its held up so well that I gave it to a friend for a spare bedroom. Its been kept covered by thick mattress pads over the years. The surface looked almost new, no dips or sleep marks, some discoloring on sides near mattress grips. It is a very firm mattress which may explain lack of wear on surface. In my opinion it sleeps the same as it did when new. No change over the years.

Pros:

  • Overall Durability
  • Surface Integrity

Cons:

  • Firm Comfort

Hi Craig -- Thanks for sharing your experience, and for your very thoughtful evaluation. Your recognition of how your personal needs and preferences have changed over the years is very astute -- at some point this happens for everyone, but relatively few people are aware of it. Thanks again.
