Replaced my Serta mattress after 13 years ONLY because of all this hype about replacing after 8 years. I am so sorry I did because this mattress is terrible and I do believe I am going to have a genuine problem trying to either return it or replace it because of the stingy warranty they give you. My previous Serta had a 20 yr warranty! This mattress "creaks" for starters. the main issue with this mattress is it sort of makes a "mold" of your body after a short time of using it. When I try to move to another location on this mattress it's like climbing a hill, not achieving it and rolling back into the "molded" area. So here I have this king size mattress and I am confined to this one small space which has outlined my body. I am so sorry I purchased this!!

Had the same experience with the Cookshire, returned it to Sears. Do not know what Ti2 means. These ridiculous names see to only complicate the entire experience! I am now on my5th mattress in one year.
I don't know if I mentioned in my initial post that this issue with my mattress involves Sears also. They refuse to budge! I will live with it - although a costly one - and will never step foot in another Sears or KMart again .. They did indeed lose a valued customer. If you are on your 5th mattress in one year are you telling me you have made progress with Sears on exchanging it? I'm in Florida and from what I am told some of the return/exchange policies are different concerning bedding in different states. Did a rep from the mfg or Sears come to your home to inspect your complaint? You see, they won't do that here - too cheap to pay someone and instead want me to do all the legwork which is totally ridiculous. I am over it .. I hope you find the right mattress somewhere down the line. Thanks for your post..
L. Sears , CA allows one comfort exchange ($ u pay restock/delivery). Other mattresses from other sources, $ lost on them all!
Anonymous .. cannot understand your post .. Why not repost and just spit it out in everyday English format?
Are you saying your mattress is too hard? I have this HORRIBLE mattress and mine is too soft. If you're sinking, isn't that too soft-? This mattress makes my neck and back hurt I'm so over it.
Well, I've learned a valuable lesson which is I won't ever shop for a mattress again in a department store such as Sears. From now on it will be a reputable bedding store. I have kept to my promise of not shopping in Sears ever again - why would I anyway since KMart took over the store inventory is pure junk in my opinion. Yes, I am over it. I sleep on my king size defective mattress confined to my tiny little molded spot .. such a waste. Good luck ...
