After about 6 months of sleeping on the mattress, I felt its support start to diminish. After 15 months, its support is worse than the one we replaced that was over 20 years old. We will soon need to replace the mattress due to loss of sleep because of my back pain. When I sleep on other mattresses, I do not have the same problem.

Purchased same exact style/brand in Surprise AZ, Aug 2016. It is so painful using this mattress!!! I only sleep on my back and the chest/back area has began sinking down!! Sad it can not be flipped over either! Haven been to 2-doctors recent over it and will most likely have to have surgery. Sealy PosturePedic Caversham Firm mattress will cause damages to your body in a VERY QUICK TIME!!! Their warranty is a joke!
I had the same problem--bought the mattress set from Mattress Firm in June of '16-----did not sleep on it for 7 months in '17 due to surgeries....in June of '18 I began attempting to utilize the 10 year warranty---found out Mattress Firm no longer sells Sealy, so I had to go to Manufacturer---they sent the claim form---it needed pictures sent, my phone does not do that-so they sent a man from one of their contracted companies to measure----he told me it was 1 inch lower--I should have watched him measure because when you look at it, it even looks more than one inch lower than other side-------after a few weeks of back and forth--communicating with 6 different customer service people, I am told the final decision is to deny my claim-----but they would offer me a deal on a different mattress in their mix........I asked for a copy of the pictures--have not seen them---am going to pursue this warranty more.. I paid over $800 2 years ago and have not even slept on this mattress for 2 years------(they also told me I should be turning the mattress like manufacture suggests.....i did not see that, I would not have purchased this is I knew that it was high maintenance) I for sure would expect a large company like Sealy to stand behind their product!
Mine is only 2 years old fèels like 20 saggy, creaky sounds like boards breaking no place to be comfortable no help from stores to do warranty claim. I have no computers no phone camera so what do I do .......
