Sent pictures in of an obvious body impression after 3 years of ownership. Customer service ignored my complaints and said the impression was 1/4 of an inch to small to be warrantied. This whole process took 4 months... 4 months on a terrible mattress hurting my back so I slept on the floor.(much more supportive). Cracked and bought a kingsdown mattress to replace the seally... Never buy a seally. You have been warned. Spend a bit extra(it's your sleep we are talking about) and research durability, comfort and customer service ratings. All things seally failed me on... One out of five stars.(At least it didn't kill me... Just my back and wallet)
