Tried to return mattress but company insisted I had to replace with same. So both mattresses had same issue. There is a hump completely down the middle. In order to move I have to roll over the mountain and then tumble down other side. I told furniture mgr/owner it may be the box springs so he replaced and still at same point right where the boxes meet. Haven't had a good night sleep in 3yrs since purchase. Now I'm out over $800.00 Thank you very much Sealy !! I will never buy another Sealy bed id rather sleep on floor it would be more comfortable !!! Thank you both for stealing my money and my sanity along with my dreams and sleep 😴 So don't waste your money .. learn because of my pain and suffering or you'll wish you had.

We have this mattress, and we have the exact same problem! For the first five years, it was great. Then we started noticing right down the middle where the two box springs meet, it's a peak like a mountain. It wasn't like that when we bought it, so I assume it's wear and tear. I called a Sealy guy over to check if the sagging was covered under the warranty, we were supposed to receive a letter in the mail from Sealy--never came. I think Sealy quality has gone down, I've been a Sealy customer for 30 years, will be switching to Serta next.
