Will be hard to get out of if medical reasons arise, like heart surgery etc. We spent over 2000.00 for this setup and never again. Not worth it. Need to prove the depressions. King size starts out no movements but owned for 3 yrs and feel partners movements. big mountain in middle all the time, even when level or with 5 inch lifts on ends only. Deep 2 -3" impressions in middle of each side. Does not return to normal. Don't reccommend this bed.

I just looked at two models...both have 15 year non prorata warrantees. Why don't you take advantage of that if you are unhappy and the mattress is uneven?
The manufacture will not take it back. So we live with it for now. Till we find one that works. We have turn 1/4 every 2 weeks and flip the mattress once a month. We are gun shy to buy another at this point.
I just don't believe you bought the "true" sacnd/mattress, as I have never heard of the real mattress doing that-you probably do not have the real Scandinavian mattress...I am sure of it as you did not pay the correct price.
The tag on the mattress read Scandinavian Stockholm mattress. Now it has been over 4 yrs and still no change. We turn 1/4 every two weeks and Flip it once a month. This is so the impressions try to refill themselves. It also has a big rise in the middle that does not go away and we raised the top bedframe and left the center top hanging. No more mountain in the middle. Still do not recommend mattress. We also noticed the store where we bought it does not sell these anymore.
We have the same problem. Looks good when no one is in bed but the minute we get in we feel the indentions and rise in the middle. Ours is a May & Co. Partners Choice Firm mattress. Can't seem to find the Partners Choice name anywhere. If anyone could help me, finding more info on this mattress, please do so. Paid $2499.00 for this set. Hard to get out of this bed and feel achy after laying in it for a while.
We bought the TRUE Scandinavian mattress 4 years ago (spending $4,000 dollars on the set) replacing a 7 year old pillow top mattress had developed body impressions. We were told the Scandanvian would not do this and was great for relieving pressure point pain. (I have one hip replacement and the other hip going bad). It was wonderful, heavenly sleep and comfort about the first 2 years, then slowly noticed impressions forming. It now has almost 3 inch body impressions and a huge ridge down the center- visible to the naked eye when the bed is made...just imagine valleys we sleep in! The company we bought it from no longer sells this brand due to the lie they were told about the product. They told me that May and Co. prefers to handle any problems directly with the consumer and gave me their number. I have tried REPEATEDLY to get a response to no availe. I've left phone numbers, email addresses, and a fax number. The company we purchased through has also tried- NO ONE from May and Co. will respond! A mattress that costs this much money should hold up much better than this for much longer than a couple years! I am so frustrated and ready to contact a lawyer. DO NOT buy anything from this company- their customer service stinks and I feel ripped off!!
