Buying and Delivery Process: Based on my stay at the Savoy Hotel, I decided on the No.2 (the original mattress from the Hotel). I visited the Uptown NYC location and Veronica and sales staff graciously guided me through the entire process. They allowed me to try different firmness levels and based on my preferences, they suggested material types and headboard designs. Obviously, more elaborate designs and elegant materials will result in a higher cost. However, like any outstanding bespoke experience, the outcome is definitely worth it. Once I placed my order for the No.2, it took about three months for my bed to be delivered. James and his delivery team did a first class job in setting up my bed. In addition, they provided me with guidance and supporting materials on maintaining my No.2. There's also a welcome bonus package but I'll leave that as a pleasant surprise for you as it was for me. Actual Bed Experience: I previously owned a memory foam bed. Although I found it comfortable, I sometimes had painful calf cramps while sleeping on it. When that bed began falling apart, I decided on the No.2 and I'm glad I did. In the 7 months that I've had the No.2, I haven't experienced any cramps. A good night's rest without any interruptions means I'm ready for the day ahead with optimism and vigor.
