Unfortunately, our initial night on the mattress revealed a significant issue, leading to a bad backache. Savoir's inspection confirmed a faulty mattress, and they offered a loan mattress and repair. The situation took a downturn due to Savoir's lack of attention to details and the manager's abrasive tone. Despite our compromise to change the mattress to a consistent tension (to reduce the risk of further faults), the resolution process left us increasingly concerned. Ultimately, we lost faith and sought a refund, only to face refusal citing their terms. Savoir's disregard for customer sleep and experience is deeply disappointing. Their refusal of a refund, coupled with a resolution that seemingly prioritizes their interests, highlights a focus on retaining money over customer satisfaction. As patrons seeking a luxury brand for a guaranteed high-quality experience, we find ourselves thoroughly disappointed. Our sleep has been greatly impacted, and the matter remains unresolved.
