Thank you for your amazing customer service and my experience with your company. You have no idea how amazing Alex, you and your company have been, where so many other companies far short on delivering such great customer service. From the time I purchased the bed, to you guys keeping in touch with my wife and I when the bed was being delivered and to the after the sale customer services (which most companies don’t care about you after they have sold you their products or services); you guys have been WOWING us from the start and you guys rock 100%. Ok, I have to stop. I’m just too excited to because I finally found a company who CARES genuinely about their customers and more importantly how you guys go out of your way to make things happen. Keep doing what you guys are doing because your customer service is the model for what other companies should copy. You and I know that customer services is the best marketing approach and value proposition a company can offer. Keep doing it because it’s working.
