Great Mattress & Customer Service! A+

I bought the Queen size 14.5 Luxury Firm Mattress in June 2016 along with the foundation. I slept very well on it. Everyday I kept looking at the mattress expecting something to happen because that's how things go for me. I had a very thick tufted mattress cover on it that was giving the illusion of the mattress itself being uneven but I didn't know that was the problem at the time. So, I chatted with the Saatva representative online and without hesitation she credited my credit card the amount I paid for the mattress and said someone would be contacting me about pick up. No one was coming out to prove me wrong or measure, etc. When I realized the mattress was 100% fine, because I removed the mattress cover, I called and re-purchased the mattress. Throughout this process I did not encounter any attitudes or judgements on Saatva's part. They stand behind their product 100%. Do some comparative shopping and you will see that you cannot find a better mattress for the money(or even by doubling the money)and certainly will not find better customer service. By the way, I'm not a Saatva employee or related to one! I like to give credit where credit is due.
