I purchased the Luxury firm after a lot of research. During the ordering the customer service was above fantastic it was giving me a feeling that I made the right choice. Upon delivery I was feeling the truth i made a very big mistake. The foundation was damaged and the mattress was dirty. Scuffs from the delivery truck, The delivery company can not get out of my driveway fast enough. I called Saatava again customer support well above 5 stars. They explained to me how to properly clean the mattress and foundation and that they would refund some money if it cleaned or would replace it that would be my call. I did not except the refund of $50.00 as it was the delivery companies mistake not Saatava. Now i am sleeping on my mattress can not sleep thru the night bed is to hard for me. I wake up with pain in my back and shoulders. this morning it took me several minuets to get up and moving. I have made 2 calls to saatva about my concerns both times I have been given excuses and the run around. I fell they want to keep me going so that the return time runs out. The excuses are hard to believe. the mattress will soften up it needs to get used to your body, it has not yet fully expanded, it can take up to 3 months to get to the comfort level you are expecting, Now the are sending me a topper I do not know why i allowed myself to accept this as the pressure was getting stronger from the service rep. I have been pressured into keeping a mattress that i can not sleep on. My suggestion is purchase a mattress from a local store that you can walk into and see a person if you have a problem.
