Set Up Mess Up

The product itself seems to be of excellent quality. The delivery people did not secure the center cross member of the bed frame. They only put the lock nuts on the bolts and did not tighten them. Had I not looked under the bed I would not have noticed this very obvious mistake. You missed an excellent rating based on a poor subcontractors work ethic. UPDATE: Got a call about 2 hours after this post from Ed at Saatva. He apologized for the problem with delivery and said that they work constantly to make their customers completely satisfied. He then offered to refund the cost of the bed frame without me asking first to have them make things right. This is the type of company that wants 100% customer satisfaction and this gesture is certainly not the norm throught the retail experience. Bottom line I would recommend the bed that we bought with one caveat, watch the delivery guys when they put things together. Saatva now has an excellent rating in my book.
