WAKE UP DAILY WITH PAINNNNN!!!

I do feel bad writing this review but I really can't take the pain any longer. Now my husband says he has had pain since we purchased the King Luxury Firm but chalked it up to age (49). He really doesn't complain much but today woke up with terrible lower back pain. My 10 yr old grandson also told me last night while sleeping in my bed that both his legs became numb and tingling, which is very weird. I will be calling Saatva on Monday. Let me 1st say that the customer service is very pleasant to deal with so that was a plus. When I 1st purchased this mattress Feb 2014 (due to the great reviews) it was delivered with about a 2 inch bulge on one side from top to bottom of the mattress. I called and they refunded a fair portion of the amount. I did state that I had terrible pain and tingling/numb from the 1st day. They said that it was because the mattress was new and the pain/numbness should subside as this is normal. TERRIBLE TO SAY, IT NEVER DID. I have been in pain almost daily since sleeping on this mattress. I figured since they refunded some of the mattress price I couldn't complain. I do have to say in honesty, I have arthritis in my neck, back pain, etc so it may be hard to please me when it comes to mattresses. I really did try with this mattress (1 1/2 yrs) but we are going to look into a new mattress with another company. I wish I would have called Saatva sooner because I am sure they would have worked with me regarding a return. I now know that this is one of the defective mattresses that was received (bulging, sagging where we sleep (my husband 230lbs, ME 125lbs), pain). It just didn't work for us. A frustrated customer with PAIN.
