Totally Impressed

I am totally impressed with the company as reflected in the email I wrote to Ed Brians at Saatva: "Dear Ed, I've been meaning to write ever since you called me last week about the bed we purchased...you have restored my Faith! Thank you so very much for your kindness and amazing response to the situation! I don't know who owns Saatva but I am totally impressed with the company as a whole and especially YOU! I hope the owners are aware of the consciousness that you offer and what this means to their customers. For many years I was a very successful leader in MLM until 3 years ago when a very egregious and insane irs audit began and soon after my husband was diagnosed with Parkinsons having to retire and go on disability. It has been a very humbling and devastating experience but what I have learned and gained has been life changing. We always have a choice in how we treat people and the love that we give for, in the end, this is all we have and all that matters. I share this with you because of what our 2 brief conversations reflected about your character and your heart. Those qualities are way more important than what product we sell...success is always about relationships and I thank you for following your heart rather than just the "rules and policies"!
