Fabulous!

Saatva's customer service should be the standard for all companies! Friendly, professional, informed, and respectful. They care very much that their customers are happy. Delivery was SO fast; I ordered on a Tuesday and received the bed on Thursday. The deliverymen asked to wash their hands before removing the plastic on the mattresses so as not to get prints on them! The mattress is wonderful. I ordered a twin for my guest room and queen for the master bedroom, both in the 11.5 inch size. The quality of my sleep matched the quality of the mattress - outstanding. I replaced a Tempurpedic mattress, which I have enjoyed, but the feeling of the Saatva is much more luxurious. I didn't order foundations because I didn't need one in the twin room and am using the Tempurpedic foundation in the master. Now, I wish I had ordered the foundation so the set would match. I might order one later, but I can't afford shipping at this time. I spent significant time researching and considering whether to order a mattress sight unseen and am I glad I went for it. No salesmen, no bait and switch, no lying on mattresses in the showroom, and no problems. Great experience, great mattress! I gave Durability a 5 star rating because that's what I expect. If my review changes after more than two night's sleep, I'll submit a revision. I don't think that will be the case.
