Initially had the soft version, hated that and returned for the lux firm. We haven't had a good nights sleep since purchase. We cant afford another, but its so bad, we are going to donate it. Just terrible

In fairness to Saatva, I may have been a bit harsh. First, the customer service and company are outstanding, and would highly recommend you look at them for that alone. Second, bed comfort is suggestive. While their bed may not have worked for us, im sure others will find it to be a viable option and wont have the experience we did. They are top notch for cust service alone
Jim, I feel your pain. We purchased the same luxury firm in Feb 2014. From the 1st night sleeping on it my whole body was in pain and tingling/numb. I just thought it was because it was new so I gave it a few more days. Still the same. I called customer service and told them my complaint and was told I have to give it a few months and it should get better. Well, a year and a half later, STILL IN PAIN/NUMB, worse mattress I have ever owned. Now my husband stated to me that he noticed pain too but just chalked it up to age (49) until recently it has been getting too uncomfortable. I thought it would get better for me but it hasn't. Guess to late to call Saatva, will be purchasing a BETTER mattress from another company. HATE THIS BED. But yes, their customer service was polite when I spoke to them in the beginning. Never bothered to call them after and thought I would start to feel better. Oh, well.
Why didn't you return it for a refund? Don't they have a 75 days trial?
