Great Company to Work With

Almost a year ago, my wife and I decided to try a Saatva mattress. We had looked at several other mattress manufacturers (even trying a much more expensive brand), but were not satisfied with the offerings on the market. I inquired to Saatva via their website about their mattresses and was blown away by the personal attention we received from Ed Brians! Ed took the time to answer each and every question I had, both on the phone and via email, and made 100% sure that I was comfortable with giving his company a try before we purchased. It is rare to find such customer service these days, so I was impressed to say the least! When we received the mattress, it was obvious that Saatva strives to provide a quality product that surpasses much of what you find in the mattress market (and at a decent price to boot). My hats off to Saatva. Great people... Great product.
