The morons at Restwell actually expect the customer to drop the mattress off at the warehouse for inspection when the springs broke along the edge and we made a warranty claim. Hey Restwell, what are we suppose to sleep on after we’ve dropped the mattress off? Oh, and how do you expect me to strap a king sized mattress to the roof of my car and drive 100km/hr down the highway in the winter while it’s raining for the 45 minute trip to the warehouse? They refuse to send a truck to come and pick it up. The worst customer service you could possibly imagine. I will fork out the extra dollars and do business with one of the mattress in a box companies out there that have great reviews and pay the $100 to have a junk removal company come and take my piece of garbage Restwell mattress away for recycling.

I feel for ya! We are dealing with Restwell right now for one of our beds under warranty as well and are getting a constant run around, with a lying salesman who has no integrity, and dealing with a company that spews all their core values on their website but don't embody them (Respect, Humility, Responsibility, Go Beyond - PUHLEEZE!!) They tell you everything you want to hear when buying it but when it comes time for good customer service and honouring warranty - it's all b.s. Thanks for this review so I can see I'm not the only one. I'll be committing to 10 years of bad reviews on social media (even opened my first twitter account so I can comment) since we're losing 10 years or our warranty.
