I am very disappointed with the mattress and the so-called warranty. The salesperson was not very helpful, either. $1,110 is a significant expenditure for my husband and I. We are retired and on a fixed income. So when, after having this mattress for less than two months, it develops a big lump right around the area where my husband's hip hits, I was appalled. I've had much cheaper mattresses that didn't do this. This lump is around eight inches long, and about an inch high. It's very noticeable when the bed is made. In addition, I never received a document explaining the terms of the warranty. The salesman from Beyers in Bloomfield, IN, basically gave me a song and dance about why Restronics would not respond to my complaint about the lump.
