Broke at two years and wouldn't replace without us driving

We loved this mattress until it broke on my husband's side just 2 years in. He is 6'1 and 180 lbs - yet his side completely caved in and you could see the at the end of the mattress how it tilted and caved on his side. We got approved for a warranty from the store we had bought it but had moved 4 hours away with no local stores. We also got approved by Restonic but their response was that it was closer to drive it back to the original location than their warehouse. We were extremely disappointed with their customer service - we would have had to rent a u-haul to drive it and were in the middle of medical treatments and couldn't do that. We ended up going with a whole other company that has a warranty that includes shipping. We still haven't heard back from our last e-mail requesting the cost of shipping. Would not recommend.
