Poor Service with destroyed mattress

This has been the hardest company to work with. My mattress was delivered by 2 gentleman contracting through the the DUMP. These gentleman had my mattress folded in half with a sting around it. So with that being said me and my partner roll to the middle. I have placed a claim where these guys only ask for pictures, no one has come out to my home to verify. MY CLAIM HAS BEEN DENIED due to the delivery guys negligence. I will give this a few days to get resolved otherwise I will be at whatever facility I need to with a news crew because of the hassle. I have been dealing with this since February this company saying their computers are down. Not to mention one of the employees told me they drag their ass to help customer said he was so embarrassed to be working for them. I need resolution immediately. I work hard for my money and you all will not just take my money i want a new mattress or my money back ASAP. This is the saddest company I have ever dealt with the customer service is awful as well as the company. I will be contacting a new crew if I do not get resolution ASAP. My off day id Friday and I will dedicate the entire day to getting this matter handled I will no longer wait. Angry Customer.
