My back and shoulders hurt

I've been complaining to my wife about my back and shoulders when I wake up and climb out of bed, not roll out of bed, in the morning. I am reminded of the struggle as a kid getting out of waterbeds before they were wave-less. When changing the sheets I keep getting eye level and looking at the indentation in the middle of this bed and it is no wonder I always feel I am leaning / rolling to the center at night. Maybe it is from the no sag edges they sold this product on when we bought it but those edges are not even as sturdy now. Only had the bed for a couple or few years. I was checking out new mattresses, firm ones, and I believe I self adjusted my spine. Today I am doing research decided to see if anybody else had a review, saw one and have to agree with the previous commentator about this product. I am hating a relatively new bed and wish I had the support of my previous two long term mattresses. I'll be taking a picture of the label and sending in my concern to info@Restonic.com like Karen L was told to do...

Hi KF, Your Restonic representative that works with Haynes Furniture looked through their warranty claims and there are none with your initials. Also, the folks at Haynes Furniture have tried to find your purchase in their records and there isn't enough information posted on GoodBed to be successful. Haynes Furniture and Restonic both want to help with the problem you're having. We've waited to find you through an email to info@Restonic.com, but that hasn't come through yet, either. Please call Haynes Furniture's customer service at 800-768-0348 so they can help you set up a warranty claim. Your Restonic rep, Travis, wants you to know that as soon as you contact Haynes Furniture, they will get in touch with him and, together, they will work to get your issues resolved quickly. Thanks for letting us know you need help with your mattress.
