inner springs missing

No good you cannot sleep on a bed that has inner springs missing. My husband would have fallen out of bed if he moved tow ard the outside of the bed. Getting up at night would have been a disaster for him returning to bed. He would have slide out of bed and f allen on the f loor. My side of bed was fine. But how did this mattress leave the factory with springs missing on the entire left side?is this good product?
