Don’t the same mistake I did.

I had this Purple Mattress for about 9 months now and the first 6 months its was heaven, super comfortable, amazing but after the 6 or 7 month I start it to get up with back pain and sore neck to the point that I couldn’t even walk because of the pain. I contacted the warranty and they made so difficult to replaced email after email because that’s the only way to talk to the warranty service. Anyway at the end they said that I need it a better frame and that the frame that I had for years the same one where the bed was now it’s not recommended to use with this mattress, of course they wanted me to buy their frame. I’m so mad that we couldn’t get my mattress fix and now I just lose $1,000 dollars just like that in basically half of year. It sucks and I decided to write any review that I can so people can see the true. Of course if read reviews from people that try the mattress everything it’s going to feel great but for this type of mattress make sure you talk to people that have this mattress and use every night for at least 7-8 months, there’s when you can really know the truth.
