This mattress has the right amount of back and side support. After sleeping my puffy I came realized my old mattress had ZERO back and side support. There was a transition going from a regular mattress to this one, over time my body got used to sleeping on a foam mattress and it has only gotten better in the last two months. I would never go back to anything else.
