City Mattress, PranaSleep is the worst!

City Mattress told us this is normal to have depressions like we have. 3,000.00 to have depressions........If you roll over in the middle, you will slide back to either side. I ask the salesman at the Niagara Falls store why he didn't tell me that there would be depressions and he said that all mattresses have depressions. I said like......what, we have never have had a bed do this! We wanted them to replace it with a new bed and they would only offer a discount on a new bed. We will never buy from City Mattress again.

    We also bought a prana mattress from city mattress in Niagara Falls. Spent $4000. We are also having issues with impressions of over 1.5 inches. I sleep with a board under my mattress but it's not helping. They won't do anything for us. Never again.

    We have since given up battling with City Mattress, put an add in craigslist and sold the bed. We have bought another bed from Carolina Furniture and so far are sleeping well. I am sorry you had a similar experience with City Mattress.........good luck
