I was sleeping on a traditional mattress for last 10 years. A friend turned me on to Posh and Lavish brand. I shopped for about 2 weeks laying on dozens of brands and styles and went with the P+L. I'm so glad I did. It's been about 6 months now and both me and my wife have talked about our improved sleep. I track my sleep through a smart watch and can see a defined improvement on my sleep chart. I sleep on my side and have had frequent neck and back pain from too much sitting in an office chair and now have been consistently waking up feeling better. Highly recommend investing in this mattress, can't say enough good things!
