We recently purchased a Refine Latex Mattress and it is the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE mattress that we have EVER owned! We feel like we are sleeping in a bowl. Mattress showing body indentions and lacks support after 4 months of ownership. We have reached out to the crappy retailer, Wildcat Mattress and the crappy manufacturer, Posh + Lavish, neither one have offered a viable solution. They blamed it on our a actual bed so we added and reinforced slats as suggested but that did not change a thing!

Darin, We have been corresponding with you for quite a while about what type of bed frame support was necessary, which type of box spring would be appropriate and had even offered to send a third party mattress inspector to your home to inspect and measure your mattress, foundation, and bed frame to verify what your servicer had reported to us upon their inspection before you stopped corresponding with us. We are surprised to see this review in the middle of that. Since you posted this review, we understand your retailer had already taken this mattress back even though you had our mattress and topper (almost 250 pounds) on a Sealy Foundation and your beautiful headboard which did not adequately support it's weight without a center support. Describing "sleeping in a bowl" is typical of a mattress without proper center support in the bed frame and is consistent with your inspection results and the pictures we have reviewed. Our mattresses are heavy (yours had 11" of solid latex mattress with a 3" solid latex topper on top) and do require a non-yielding foundation (we recommend our own of course) along with a strong bed frame with at least 5 legs as spelled out in our use and care and warranty guide. Of course, a bed frame with 6 legs is even better. Kurt Ling, Principal
Kurt, With all due respect, you do not have all the facts straight or you were not given all of the facts. We do not want to turn this into an internet boxing match. We did not stop corresponding with you at any point. We were diligent about trying to get the problem corrected, some days starting emailing as early as 5:30 a.m. We are the ones who questioned the foundation. We did not have it on a Sealy Foundation. We had a Sealy Posturepedic mattress prior to this and never had any problems. We purchased the recommended foundation with the mattress from our local retailer. Our beautiful bed is not just a headboard but it connects to a footboard by the center support, along with side rails and 4 feet, all made of solid wood.. It is a 300 pound solid mahogany sleigh bed. We added additional slats and reinforced the existing slats with 4X4 legs, equaling 10 legs underneath bed for extra support, as suggested by the mattress retailer. Unfortunately, It did not change a thing! It continued to form a hump in the middle and show body impressions. It was like sleeping in a fish bowl, very uncomfortable, causing severe back and hip pain daily. In our opinion, we gave a fair and honest review of the mattress. Originally, we purchased 2 beds from the retailer, an Aireloom and a Posh + Lavish for 2 different bedrooms along with 2 NEW foundations for both and we love the Aireloom in our Guest Bedroom. We like the Posh + Lavish pillows. We really wanted to love the mattress too. Best Wishes! Amy Osborne
We will not retract the review given of the mattress itself. However, we would like to add that the retailer, Wildcat Mattress has continued to work with us in trying to help us find comfort in a mattress.
appreciate the exchange, and that all remained posted

Amy, We are glad Wildcat Mattress did an exchange and you are now happy. -- Kurt Ling, Principal, Posh+Lavish
I ordered a posh lavish pillow latex, and it was not great. Said medium profile pullow, and it is not. It is half filled and flat . Not happy. Spent 200 dollars on that posh pillow. Can't return pillows.
Official Response
Anonymous, We are not aware of your medium profile pillow that is half filled or flat. If you will contact your retailer and have them send us information on your pillow as a warranty claim, it will be replaced under your warranty if it is not to specification. Pillows have a one year warranty.

Our customer assistance received an email from Nick in Florida today who ordered a high profile latex pillow from a retailer and received a medium-down alternative latex pillow and questioned whether they were the same--- which they are not, neither in terms of look or feel. We recommended he contact his retailer for an exchange for the pillow he ordered.
For any others who may come across this thread in the future, this is an example of what good responsive customer service from a mattress manufacturer looks like. Seems like in the case of the O.P., the retailer was also responsive and helpful. 👍👍
