This expensive mattress had 3 defects when I was delivered. This was a split CalKing and one side was an inch higher than the other side. One side was fairly soft...not nearly as soft as the showroom model, but not too bad. The other side was soft in some places and hard in others. The effect was just plain uncomfortable. The latex foam was not positioned correctly in the casing and it had to be taken apart and re-positioned, which was a big job and required the strings that hold it together to be cut. The retailer came and did this, but it was still a mess. This outfit has no quality control at all. The company has no return policy and and no refund policy and the offer to replace this mattress were not adequate. The hassle of dealing with it was just too much. We ended up "giving" it back to the retailer and he "gave" us $1500 for it. We lost $3300 on the deal, but we couldn't sell it easily and had no place to store it in the meantime. A very expensive mistake! Buy a different brand of latex mattress as Posh & Lavish was not a good company to do business with at all!

Nancy, First, let me apologize if your mattress did not come to you in perfect condition, that is our goal with every mattress we make. Your new mattress does come with a warranty against defects. If there is something wrong with it, we replace it free of charge. In fact, it has that warranty for at least 10 years based on the collection you buy. That written warranty is included with your mattress and is available for download on our web site. I am disappointed in us for not being able to deliver you a flawless mattress that you are excited about. I also wish we would have known about your issue before reading this review so we could have communicated with your retailer and been able to set our warranty process in motion and get you a new mattress. If you have not already had your retailer pick your mattress up, please have them call me so we can get information about the mattress inspection, get it shipped back to us so we can do a quality control tear down on it, and most importantly get a new mattress shipped to you. I have a 2 Reveal twin XL mattresses being delivered in April. I sincerely hope that these mattresses are the same one that I tested in the store.
