Poor Sales Knowledge--had to change mattress, pay more

This company sells adjustable bases for beds, but the sales people didn't know which of their mattresses were appropriate for the base they sell. The sales people had no idea about that. I ended up guessing which mattress to order and when it arrived found that it was not able to bend with the adjustable base. I told the sales people that it was useless to me and went back to the store. The only product they had that did bend with the base was natural latex and cost thousands of more dollars. The adjustable base is not nearly as good as my first one. The latex is far softer than the original Temperpedic Foam and didn't off gas like Temperpedic does. I thought I would have stepped up given the much higher price, but I just was cornered and could only make a bad situation better through more money.
