We purchased this bed in February after my husband's cancer diagnosis. We have had problems with the comfort of the mattress, as well as the worst customer service we've ever experienced. We have received two replacements since the purchase. The original topper was hard as a rock, it took 3 weeks to get a new one. Now my husband's side of the mattress has a leak (in the air portion) and the bed doesn't hold air at all, so my husband wakes up on the number 5 setting (zero is the lowest setting. We have been trying to get, yet again, another replacement. There are only two people we are able to talk to and they are less than helpful. The request for the replacement mattress was nearly two weeks ago, and it still hasn't shipped. Upon asking how much longer it would take the replacement to come, I was told 7-10 more business days (that was 3 days ago, and still no shipment. I requested to speak to someone who could get it sooner, since my husband needs to get some sleep, while he's still fighting cancer, and have now gotten no response. These two representatives do not care about the well-being of other's, it took 3 weeks to get a replacement topper. Worst purchase Ever!! Stay away from Personal Comfort beds if you want sleep or actual customer service!
