We purchased the mattress in Nov. 2008. It was suppose to be a great mattress with a great warranty. Well after having it for about 2 and 1/2 years we noticed that we were sinking into the middle of the bed and the fabric ripped on the beading on the lower seam. We called and they said that they would send someone out to look at it and that took almost 2 months. When he got here sure enough the mattress does sag in the middle and the rip has grown because of the pressure on the seams but he also notice 2 very small stains at the bottom of the mattress. Much to our surprise they told us that the stains voided our warranty and they can't do anything for us. So I guess that I get to eat $1700 worth of bedding. All I can say is don't buy anything from International bedding because they don't stand behind their product. The bed is defective even if there are 2 small stains.

The only company in the world who DOESNT void a warranty based on stains is tempurpedic. Don't blame IBC for your inability to get information on what you're buying, most stores also sell waterproof, stain proof mattress protectors to avoid this, some even buy you a new mattress if it gets stained.
