their warranty is the worst it say 10 year warranty.doing a warranty claim a joke to go though bought mine march 35 2023 it is now DEC 25 2025 i sent them least 20 pictures still no replacement yet.they want a picture tag of your mattress.mine is new still in plastic it isn't good enough for them so far.in the middle of the octa spring it broke down in several places not worth they money.and now trying to do a warranty claim so far a joke
