Obuseforme mattress pad

I have owned this product for less then two years. Purchased from sears who is no longer in business. I have washed it for the third time since I have owned it.washed on general cycle and hung to dry. The backing has come apart slightly first two washes. Has almost totally come apart last wash. Sent a replacement request and pictures of product as I do not have original package. Was told without a model number they are not willing to replace. I have sent them pictures of the pad with tag attached and apparently Pictures are not enough. I am very disappointed. Purchase price was around 80.00 Canadian. That’s a days wages for me. Obuseforme does not stand behind their product.
