So easy to assemble the foundation; as soon as I'd assembled, the mattress was ready to go. Best night's sleep in years! When I move there will be another purchase, guaranteed. A month later I emailed asking for the mattress topper to make it a bit softer; the customer rep was very helpful and processed it quickly - and for no extra charge! Now, as my back changes I can use the topper or not. Thank you for such great customer service!!
